The Hotel Maikol Rome is also just a few minutes from Termini Station, making access to and from the airports very easy as well as all over the city on buses or metros.

On the other side of Termini Station you’ll find the student district of San Lorenzo, where some of the city’s best bars and restaurants are found and tourists generally are not.

Finding the Hotel

Getting here couldn’t be easier. If you’re arriving on the Leonardo Express Train from Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) Airport, then take the first exit you come to on the left of the platform after you disembark. This will bring you onto Via Giolitti, which, as you can see from the map below, is just three blocks from Piazza Vittorio.

If you’re arriving by coach from Ciampino Airport you’ll be deposited at the other side of Termini so you’ll have to pass through the station to the other side.

If you don’t fancy walking three blocks, you can take the metro from Termini’s downstairs shopping center one stop to Vittorio Emanuele. We’re at the western corner of the Piazza near the turn off for Via dello Statuto.
